The rain eventually returns during the party, and everyone except the women run for shelter. THE BLOCK provides an array of themed bars, restaurants and nightclubs all conveniently located on the heels of Fremont St in Downtown Las Vegas. Since then, the Block pARTy has grown into one of Lafayette’s favorite annual traditions.
